Makes Me Smile

Madison is such a big help to me.  She is always willing to help me around the house with cleaning and helping watch and play with her brothers if I need her to.  Some mornings when I am running late I drop the kids off in front of the school.  Usually I walk them to class.  But on the late mornings I drop them off in the front of the school.  I watch as Madison helps Brandon drop off his back pack and put his folder or homework in the homework bin.  Then she walks him to the playground holding his hand.  This makes me smile!  I love to see the  kids care for each other and love each other no matter how much they fight.  It's hard for me to believe that Maddy is getting so big and is 8 years old.  She just got baptized a couple months ago.  For her baptism Maddy played a piano piece. She did such a great job.  And then I got to see her be baptized by Tom.  This made me smile.  Today she asked if she could help with cleaning around the house.  She cleaned the mirrors in my bathroom, rotated the laundry, organized the pantry, and then started organizing the refrigerator. Wow! That girl rocks!  This makes me smile the most!  I am amazed at her Faith in Jesus Christ and in the Gospel.  She sets an amazing example of love, kindness, and obedience in our family.  So grateful to have her!
